How long does order processing and shipping take?

Order processing typically takes 1-2 business days (1-3 on weekends).¬†Shipping will usually¬†take 2-4 business days, depending on your location. We ship from Southern California so the closer you are, the sooner you’ll receive it!

How does local pickup work?

Once you place and pay for your order, we will receive it here at our shop.

Please allow at least 1 hour from placing your order to pick it up at our store. Feel free to call us at (800) 391-9211 to check if you can pick it up sooner. Orders will only be released to the the named purchaser on the order. We will ask to verify your ID when you pick up.

Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We currently accept credit card payments (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover).

Can I combine coupon codes on an order?

Per company policy, customers cannot combine multiple promo codes together when making purchases online. Only 1 promo code per person is allowed per day.

What is your refund and exchange policy?

All sales are final, unless item is confirmed a manufacturer defect. Due to the sanitary nature of our products, we are not able to process returns or exchanges.

Hardware Issues

The default warranty period for a hardware item is 14 days. Please inspect and test all products upon receipt. The warranty period starts on the date you receive your delivery according to the tracking information. If you are having issues with your hardware item, contact us through our contact form immediately so that we may find a solution for you. Eligibility for refunds, repairs or exchanges are limited to products determined to have manufacturing defects or premature failure. Products that are damaged through misuse, negligence, abuse or modified or repaired by anyone other than Caught the Vapors LLC are not eligible for exchange.

E-Liquid Policy

Personal tastes and preferences are subjective. We are unable to offer a refund or exchange on e-liquid even if the liquid has not been opened. All sales of e-liquid are final.
