Hardware Issues

The default warranty period for a hardware item is 14 days. Please inspect and test all products upon receipt. The warranty period starts on the date you receive your delivery according to the tracking information. If you are having issues with your hardware item, contact us through our contact form immediately so that we may find a solution for you.

Eligibility for refunds, repairs or exchanges are limited to products determined to have manufacturing defects or premature failure. Products that are damaged through misuse, negligence, abuse or modified or repaired by anyone other than Caught the Vapors LLC are not eligible for exchange.

E-Liquid Policy

Personal tastes and preferences are subjective. We are unable to offer a refund or exchange on e-liquid even if the liquid has not been opened. All sales of e-liquid are final.
